All returns must have a pre-approved Return Authorization clearly marked on the outside of the package otherwise your package will not be accepted. To receive your RA number, please send email to parts@suzukipowersports.com.
Manufacturers warranty applies to all defective merchandise.
All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee.

Oversized or heavy items or chemicals may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. We will contact you prior to shipment for additional shipping authorization.
To help keep shipping costs down, we ship all orders to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii via USPS unless specifically requested otherwise.
